We’ll refund your online purchase if you:
- Contact us via our support desk, and we will send you the RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) Form.
- Return new books, unopened CDs, cassettes, VHS tapes, DVDs, all textbooks, and posters in original condition. (Materials must be in original unopened plastic wrap.)
- Include your receipt (packing slip) and completed returns form.
- Return within 30 days of the delivery date.
- All non-defective, opened returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. (we’ll also refund the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error)
